How do I restore my purchase?
Sonomo should automatically detect your Lifetime or Annual status. If it doesn't, go to the Settings stored in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Note: You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Does Sonomo work offline?
Yes! Sonomo generates audio in real-time on your device. Once downloaded, you never need an internet connection to use it.
Does the app play in the background?
Absolutely. Sonomo supports full background audio, so you can lock your phone or use other apps while your focus sound continues to play.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings > Tap your name > Subscriptions > Sonomo > Cancel Subscription.
